Landscaping Design
Walter\'s Curb Appeal
After proving myself with the kitchen design, Walter let me rip out the ivy and preplace it with a succulent garden. We used a lot of transplanted items from the street divider area that was about to be torn out before major street repairs. In this short amount of time with all the rain we\’ve gotten it\’s filled in a lot and now needs to be thinned.
He also had an idea in mind regarding his garage door. The graphic art he showed me turned out to not exactly fit with the structure of the door. I simplified the design and he really loves the results.

Linden St
This is my first home on Linden St. It was a labor of love. My son Zeppelin helped with the heavy lifting. Be gone grass!

Removing the Rotten Sun Room
West Side of the House
This transformation started when the home inspection pointed out that the meadow was a bit high and almost touching the stucco and should be pulled back. The house had great infrastructure with multiple drains in the back yard to the street and an irrigation system.
I started by removing the two dead fruit trees. I used a hand saw to remove the branches and eventually dug out the stumps. I moved the dirt and created the raised bed along the fence line to create propper drainage.
